Love of Lily at a Glance

Since March 2019, serving to combat loneliness, create intergenerational relationships, and sustain our environment, Lily has been accomplishing something wonderful for our Kupuna communities, the aina, and the nation.  It is now a Non-profit elderly service effort of re-utilizing/re-purposing flowers and re-purposing water bottles for our nation's youth to deliver flowers (a.k.a. Smiles and Happiness) to VA Centers and nursing homes around the island and in our nation.  Her "Love of Lily" public service campaign has warmed the hearts of 10-15 senior living areas and hundreds of kupuna generations around the island ...and nation. It's compassionately funny, that both workers and residents love to see her coming down the hall for the repeat visits and welcome her attention.  In partnership with Sweet Leilani Flowers, who donates their old and discarded, but still clearly-usable flowers, for her Love of Lily campaign.
Lily and our youth volunteers continue to gain awareness in critical core values such as--recycling, relationships, empathy, effort, giving, hard work, humility, community, relevancy, and many more wonderful attributes.  This is a growing effort with extreme potential...and most certainly anticipated to scaffold in design and effort.
